| This was a great dive, Located on a private Navy base so you must dive with the local dive shop. Diving under the pier a bit difficult for beginners. Awesome fish! Hundreds of Trevally, Eels, turtles, reef sharks! Visibility is only good in early morning and late afternoon. Highly recommended. Many say the best dive on the West Coast. | |||
