Seal Rocks is a great point of rocks to explore. Just past Wallis Sands, you'll find some great diving.
North of Rye and just North of Wallis Sands State Park.

I just went here Sunday, July 5th. Parking was incredibly easy before 11am or so, but by the time we got out around 12:30, cars from Rye Beach had overrun the lot. Interesting place, though.
