Review Date AVG ShoreDiving Site 10/13/2018 2.76 Olowalu Maui, Hawaiian IslandsThe reef is extremely stressed. I snorkeled/freedove 300y straight out from the parking lot and 500-600y north. Maybe I didn't find the right place, but all I saw was a bunch of dead coral. 10/13/2018 4.33 Black Rock (Sheraton) Maui, Hawaiian IslandsFreediver and recovering nitrox addict here. This is the best shore dive / snorkel I've seen in Maui yet. This is a great wall dive with a few caves to peek into. You MUST swim out AROUND Black Rock from Sheraton and around to the second point. Where the photos says 'Dive Here' is all sand. Drop down at the second point and follow the coastline North, keeping close to the cliffs. One of the caves has a resident white tip. 03/13/2007 3.72 Sunken Forest New Hampshire, USA EastThe sunken forest, if you are a good diver, can be a beautiful place to dive. Those who want to go deep may not be happy, but it is a nice dive. |
