Review Date AVG ShoreDiving Site 08/15/2003 3.89 Breakwater Cove California North, USA WestI like breakwater. It is the first place I tried to dive in the COLD waters of California. Went during the Red tide and conditions were really bad. Still, with Cannery row right there, it was easy to as least have a good day. I did get to dive it eventually and had a great time. The kelp forests are awesome! Good place for beginners. Happy diving! |
