Review Date AVG ShoreDiving Site 11/15/2006 3.02 Rocky Point Mexico, Puerto Penasco, CaribbeanPelican Point is between Sandy Beach and Cholla Bay. Don't go to Rocky Point for Scuba Diving. Dive if you are bored or just can't get enough of being underwater. Site: Pelican Point. Rocky Entry. Need strong booties and good sense of balance. The best of 5 sites I have dove. Good amount of sea life including tasty rock scallops. Fish small to medium size. Viz 30 feet or less. |
