Review Date AVG ShoreDiving Site 02/28/2006 3.55 Twin Rocks Oregon, USA WestA lot of sandy bottom straight out. Relatively light population of fish, but a good variety. DO NOT attempt to go around the North end if there is any surge or wave action. Safest entry is from the beach by the creek, then swim a lot. The rocks are very slippery, and going at high tide allows entry over them by swimming. 02/28/2006 3.92 Whales Head Oregon, USA WestA couple hundred yard trek to the water brings you to a sandy, easy slope west. First rock has interesting bottom life but the action is beyond the channel between the two large islands. Ling Cod and Octopus live along the south side of the outside island. Pick a calm day. |
